For eligible change-of-mind returns using our collection service, we refund the price paid less £100 return transport per complete sofa set, not per box or module. No restocking fee. Necessary returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods have no £100 charge. A partial refund while you keep the sofa is only an alternative if you agree; no collection charge applies then.

3-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing and material defects under normal domestic use. Normal wear, normal foam softening, accidental damage and misuse are excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

It looks so good in our little living room.We chose the 1.6m version, and it’s just right for the two of us. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t match our furniture, but it works beautifully with our rug and side table. Simple and cosy—lovely to curl up on after work.

This has become our favourite spot in the house! We got the 2m version and spend most evenings on it now 😂 Plenty of room for the two of us to stretch out, and three fit comfortably when a friend comes over. The fabric is so soft! The cushions have a nice bounce without making you sink too far in. Really happy with it.

What are the delivery, return and warranty terms?

Standard delivery is free throughout the UK. Your 100-day home trial starts the day after the final box arrives. You can unpack, expand and try the sofa normally. For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the price paid less £100 return transport per complete sofa set, with no restocking fee. Return the complete set and accessories in the condition set out in our Returns policy; original boxes and re-compression are not required. The £100 charge does not apply to necessary returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Keeping the sofa for an agreed partial refund is an optional alternative. Our 3-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal domestic use, excluding normal wear, accidental damage and misuse. Your statutory rights are unaffected. How does the sofa arrive?

Your sofa arrives compressed in compact boxes, making it easier to move through elevators, hallways, stairs and tight doorways than a traditional full-size sofa.

Does it require assembly?

Unpack Convo, carefully remove the protective packaging and position it with enough room to open fully. Allow up to 48 hours for the compressed cushions to recover. Follow the supplied setup instructions for the fold-out mechanism.

How long does it take to fully expand?

You can start using your sofa soon after unboxing. The cushions will continue to recover their full shape and comfort, with full expansion taking up to 48 hours.

Are the covers removable or machine washable?

No. The covers are fixed and cannot be removed or machine washed. Wipe the upholstery with a damp cloth or spot clean.

How does Convo convert for lounging?

Convo folds open from a sofa into a larger surface for stretching out. It is a fold-out design, rather than a left- or right-chaise sectional. Choose the 1.6m or 2m size before ordering and check the Dimensions section for the space required.

Is there a hard frame inside?

Convo combines cushioned foam sections with a metal support frame for its fold-out design. It is not an entirely frameless sofa. Follow the product setup guidance and keep fingers clear of moving parts when changing the configuration.

Will it damage my floors?

Keep the floor and the underside of the sofa clean, and lift rather than drag when repositioning it. Use suitable floor protection for delicate surfaces.

Is it good for lounging?

Yes. A low profile, deep seating and generous cushioning support sitting, curling up, stretching out or lying down.

Can I move it by myself?

Check the weight and route before moving Convo. Get help if it feels too heavy or awkward to lift safely. Lift rather than drag, and secure the fold-out sections before repositioning.

Can I use it immediately after opening it?

Yes. You can arrange and use the sofa after unboxing, although it may look slightly compressed at first. It will continue expanding and settling into its final shape over the next 48 hours.
