Our 3-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in enob sofas purchased directly from enob.store for normal domestic use. The warranty period starts when the complete sofa set is delivered.
What is covered
Manufacturing or material defects affecting the supplied sofa components, including defective seams, connections or foam, where the issue is a defect rather than normal wear. We assess the issue against normal use and the product's specification. Normal gradual softening does not by itself constitute a manufacturing defect.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, normal softening or settling of foam, ordinary fabric pilling or fading, changes in personal comfort preference, stains, accidental damage, cuts, pet damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning or alterations are not covered by this additional warranty. An exclusion applies to damage caused by that event, not automatically to an unrelated defect.
How to claim
Email support@enob.store with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos, video or a reasonable inspection to understand the cause. Do not discard the affected component before we have agreed the next steps.
How we resolve a covered defect
Depending on the defect and the remedy to which you are entitled, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement component or replacement sofa. Where those remedies are not suitable or available, we will discuss the appropriate refund or other remedy. Necessary transport for a covered defect is at our cost; the £100 change-of-mind collection charge does not apply. A partial refund while you keep the sofa is only an alternative if you agree.
Your consumer rights
This warranty is provided by enob, operated by WE CAN TRADE LIMITED, Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury, Kidderminster DY10 4JB, United Kingdom. It is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace, restrict or end those rights after three years. This policy does not reduce any warranty or other promise made when an earlier order was placed.
