About enob

enob.store is operated by WE CAN TRADE LIMITED. Contact us at support@enob.store or Hartlebury Trading Estate, Hartlebury, Kidderminster DY10 4JB, United Kingdom. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions; this does not restrict a statutory cancellation.

Orders and payment

Choose your sofa, colour, size and chaise direction carefully before checkout. Product descriptions, dimensions, price, delivery information and the total payable are shown before you place an order. Prices and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP). An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; we confirm acceptance when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled goods.

Delivery

We currently sell and deliver only within the UK. Standard delivery is free throughout the UK. See our Delivery policy for estimates, box delivery and help with delays.

Cancellation and returns

You retain your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. We also provide a 100-day home trial under our 100-Day Trial & Returns policy. For eligible change-of-mind returns using our collection service, the return transport charge is £100 per complete sofa set and is deducted once from the refund. There is no restocking fee. Necessary returns for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not subject to that charge. Partial refunds while keeping a product are voluntary alternatives agreed with you.

Warranty and care

Our 3-Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under its stated terms. Follow the care instructions on the product page. The additional warranty does not limit your statutory rights.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used. For help with an order or any question about these terms, email support@enob.store.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not reduce the rights or promises attached to an order already placed.
